Kusum Vaghela

Kusum Vaghela, the principal lawyer of the firm was admitted to the Bar Council of India in 1994. She had distinguished legal career prior to coming to Australia for the period of four years.

In February 1998 Kusum and her family moved to Melbourne in Australia where she came to study Master of Laws from Monash University. Whilst studying her Master's degree Kusum worked as a tutor in Monash University.

In April 2004 Kusum decided to practise in the area of Immigration law as a Registered Migration Agent. She has extensive experience of 14 years in Immigration law. She has been, and still is a Registered Migration Agent.

In August 2009 she was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and currently holds a practicing certificate for the state of Victoria.

Over the years Kusum Vaghela has assisted countless clients to successfully migrate to Australia. Many of them have since become personal friends and have provided the firm their appreciation and praising for the quality of its service.
